Some say that my teaching is nonsense.

Others call it lofty but impractical.

But to those who have looked inside themselves,

this nonsense makes perfect sense.

And to those who put it into practice,

this loftiness has roots that go deep.

I have just three things to teach:

simplicity, patience, compassion.

These three are your greatest treasures.

Simple in actions and in thoughts,

you return to the source of being.

Patient with both friends and enemies,

you accord with the way things are.

Compassionate toward yourself,

you reconcile all beings in the world.

Lao Tzu - (Tao Te Ching, chapter 67, translation by Stephen Mitchell)

It might be said to be a nonsense that you accept everything that happens in front of you.

You can refuse it, avoid it, or pretend you can not see it.

But everything happens in front of you is necessary for your soul to grow.

As you accept and face one by one, the soul grows and you can move on to the next step.

Even if you handle the problem well by avoiding the problem, the same phenomenon will occur repeatedly for your soul to grow.

Simplicity, Patience and Compassion are what you should get in order to grow your soul.

Compassion is a condition to ascend the dimensions.

You have to let go of a lot of black to grow your compassionate.

The more you let go of your black, the more you will have simplicity naturally in your mind.

But the more you have the heart of simplicity, you might be looked nonsense  in this world captured by matter.

However you can see the truth since you never keep on pursuing material things.

Simplicity broaden your horizons in your mind.

And, people follow those who look inside themselves with patience rather than competing with others.

If you abandon these three teaching, your soul is almost dead.

If you could practice these teaching, you are connected to the light, to the ascension.
