He who stands on tiptoe

doesn't stand firm.

He who rushes ahead

doesn't go far.

He who tries to shine

dims his own light.

He who defines himself

can't know who he really is.

He who has power over others

can't empower himself.

He who clings to his work

will create nothing that endures.

If you want to accord with the Tao,

just do your job, then let go.

Lao Tzu - (Tao Te Ching, chapter 24, translation by Stephen Mitchell)

If you are not connected to the light, you will try to look better.

Before the light, human beings are but a trifle-nothing to speak of it, so those who know the light are not proud of theirselves.

If you have some energy to be proud of yourself, you can not know the light, and that kind of energy does not synchronize with the light.

Because it is the black.

When you are proud of yourself, you must be aware of the black inside you.

If you let go of that black and synchronize with the light, you will kneel to the light, never let anyone kneel.
