The Master has no mind of her own.

She works with the mind of the people.

She is good to people who are good.

She is also good to people who aren't good.

This is true goodness.

She trusts people who are trustworthy.

She also trusts people who aren't trustworthy.

This is true trust.

The Master's mind is like space.

People don't understand her.

They look to her and wait.

She treats them like her own children.

Lao Tzu - (Tao Te Ching, chapter 49, translation by Stephen Mitchell)

The Master is never swayed by emotions at all times.

She directs white against the white of people who are good.

She also directs white against the black of  people who aren't good.

She directs white against the white of people who are trustworthy.

She also directs white against the black of  people who aren't trustworthy.

If you direct black against black, the black loop goes on and there is no end.

By directing white against black, you can turn black into white.

If you are driven to the wall by someone who isn't good, and you direct black against someone's black, and antagonize each other, the hostile move goes on between the two, you can only settle it by overwhelming opponent black with your black.

Even if the problem is settled, black emotions remain between the two after that.

If you can forgive someone who isn't good,

that someone sees the beauty of white and notices his/her own blackness.

It does not mean that you must forgive someone you do not want to.

Instead of being swayed by black when black is directed against you, let go off the black that came out of yourself.

If you were able to turn black that was in yourself to white, you will be able to forgive the black which was directed to yourself naturally.

By doing so, both of the black that was in yours and the black that someone has are turned to white.
